FW: Call for Papers Visual Methodology IJRME

Greetings to you all - from my new role with Melanie as co-editor of IJRME! I wonder if you would all be able to circulate the attached call for papers for our next Special Issue on Critical issues in visual methodology? It would be good to try to stimulate submission in this area that is receiving growing attention. 

 

We want to exemplify good practice in visual analysis and so are interested in rich critical reflections on process relating to the analysis and representation of visual data. Articles for consideration should be either:

                        § approximately 7,000 words in length, giving comprehensive consideration to the issues raised by the questions above, or

                        § 2,000 word research reports focusing on examples of approaches to analysing visual data.

 

The final issue is likely to include four 7,000 word papers and three to five 2,000 word pieces.

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere. A guide for authors along with other relevant information can be found on journal’s homepage, http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/IJRME
